13 March 2016

After I have finished teaching morning class then I went back to home and prepare to go Kajang meet my sister and bro in law.

1:45pm driver is arrived and pick us to KLIA airport.

On 2:30pm we have arrived KLIA airport and heading to check-in counter.

Story with pictures begin~ >.< haha

Will always fly with this passport case that gave by my sister. There is an airplane on it and my name as well. Nice~ She bought it from Thailand.

After we have done check-in, then we proceeded to Plaza Premium Lounge KLIA for our lunch.
Oh ya, I have ordered a cup of hot cappuccino and American breakfast (eat healthily) haha.
Let's take a picture~
On our way to the gate I found this transformer and took a picture with it. Lol
Love to take picture from the airplane, because I love sky, because I love blue color and I love cloud as well.
I realized one think that MAS is not providing alcoholic drinks as I didn't see any on the trolley. We are given 2 choices for the inclusive meal ( sweat & sour fish with rice and curry chicken with roti canai)
Yeaaaaa, after 2 hours flight, we have finally arrived Ho Chi Minh International Airport.
Once we have touched down then straight away heading to Eden Garden Hotel to check in.
After we have checked-in, then we came out from hotel and chill in a small restaurant that is just in front of our hotel.
Beer in Vietnam is consider quite cheap, the price is equal to or even cheaper than the soft drinks.
Saigon beer is the cheapest one, you can get one bottle for 15,000VND-20,000 VND / RM3-RM4.

For your information, there are 2 types of Saigon beer as you can see from the picture above. Red color one - Saigon export is having higher alcohol which is 4.9% and usually is a bit expensive than green one - Saigon larger which has 4.5% alcohol.

After chilled, my they went back to hotel and walk alone on the street to experience local Vietnamese lifestyle.
You will find a lot of hawker stalls along the street and what's so special about the hawker stalls is they usually have the short leg chairs.

Besides that, there is another interesting culture that people in Vietnam will sit inside and facing road when they are in hawker stalls or restaurant. Maybe they think is good to do so so that they will not miss out any leng zai or leng lui? lol
Their ATM machine will normally places in a small room beside the road side.
Besides that, around my hotel also can find few laundry shops.
This France style bread can be found anywhere in Vietnam I guess as I saw it everywhere in Ho Chi Minh City and also Mui Ne. haha. It is quite nice. Crispy skin and you can choose omelet or chicken, beef or pork mince amid the the bread and together with cucumber and tomato slides, chili sauce and soy sauce.
Passing by here and saw an uncle is doing bbq at the road side
See, is a motorbike parking!!! Now you can imagine how many motorbikes are on the road. Is crazy!
See this, is hard to cross the road as there are too many motorbikes!!!

Nothing much to share on the 1st day actually is 1st night in Vietnam, stay tune for my 2nd day in Vietnam. I will bring you to Mekong Delta 1 day trip~
